1. Definitions and Interpretation
For the purposes of these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), the following definitions apply:
"Platform" or "Adweo" refers to the digital online platform operated at adweo.net and any associated services, applications, tools, features, and infrastructure provided by Adweo.
"We", "Us", "Our" refers to Adweo and its operators, administrators, and affiliated entities.
"User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual or legal entity that accesses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
"Content" refers to any data, information, text, graphics, photos, videos, audio, software, code, modifications, server listings, advertisements, digital products, or any other materials uploaded, published, displayed, transmitted, or made available through the Platform by Users.
"Digital Goods" refers to downloadable content, modifications, add-ons, plugins, resource packs, assets, textures, models, code, and any other digital products created for games or gaming platforms that Users offer for sale or distribution on the Platform.
"Marketplace" refers to the section of the Platform where Users can list, sell, purchase, and exchange Digital Goods and services.
"Server Listing" refers to game server information, descriptions, and promotional materials published by Users in the Platform's server monitoring section.
"Paid Services" or "Paid Features" refers to premium promotional tools, advertising options, enhanced visibility features, and other paid functionalities offered by the Platform.
"Transaction" refers to any sale, purchase, exchange, or transfer of Digital Goods or services between Users facilitated through the Platform.
"Listing" refers to any advertisement, offering, product page, server entry, or promotional content published by a User on the Platform.
"Stories" refers to temporary photo and video content published by Users for promotional purposes with limited display duration.
"Moderation" refers to the review, approval, rejection, removal, or modification of Content by Platform administrators or automated systems.
"Safe Transaction System" refers to the Platform's payment holding mechanism where buyer confirmation is required before funds are released to sellers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Binding Agreement
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any service provided by Adweo, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 Agreement Requirement
If You do not agree to these Terms or any part thereof, You must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent modifications.
2.3 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at Our sole discretion without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2.4 Additional Terms
Certain services, features, or sections of the Platform may be subject to additional terms, conditions, policies, or guidelines, which will be made available in connection with those services and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Adweo is a digital online platform designed for gaming communities and projects, with primary focus on the game Hytale and potential expansion to other gaming ecosystems in the future. The Platform combines informational catalog functionality with marketplace features.
3.2 Core Services
The Platform provides Users with the following capabilities:
- Server Monitoring and Listings: Publish and promote game servers through the Platform's monitoring system
- Informational Content: Share descriptions, announcements, guides, tutorials, and project information
- Marketplace: List, sell, and purchase Digital Goods including modifications, add-ons, content, and game-related products
- Promotional Tools: Access free and paid promotional instruments to increase visibility and reach
- User Communication: Interact with other Users through internal messaging systems
- Safe Transactions: Utilize the Platform's transaction security system for Digital Goods purchases
IMPORTANT: Adweo operates exclusively as a technical infrastructure and intermediary platform. We provide the tools, systems, and environment for Users to interact, publish Content, and conduct Transactions. Adweo is not a party to any Transaction between Users. We do not:
- Sell, purchase, or trade Digital Goods
- Develop, create, or own User-generated Content
- Act as seller, buyer, agent, or representative in any Transaction
- Guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or authenticity of Content or Digital Goods
- Verify or validate the accuracy of User-provided information
- Act as arbiter, mediator, or judge in disputes between Users (unless We choose to do so at Our sole discretion)
3.4 No Affiliation with Game Developers
Adweo is not a developer, publisher, or official partner of the game Hytale and has no affiliation with Hypixel Studios, Mojang Studios, or any companies associated with them. All trademarks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Use of these names is for descriptive and identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
4. User Eligibility and Account Requirements
4.1 Age and Legal Capacity
To use the Platform, You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in Your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law or regulation
4.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, You must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:
- Full legal name (first name and surname)
- Valid email address
- Phone number
- Password
- Additional information as required by the Platform
4.3 Account Accuracy
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update Your account information to maintain its accuracy.
4.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials
- All activities that occur under Your account
- Any actions taken through Your account, whether authorized or unauthorized
- Immediately notifying Us of any unauthorized use or security breach
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to protect Your account credentials.
4.5 Account Restrictions
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts without Our express permission
- Use another person's account without authorization
- Share Your account credentials with third parties
- Transfer, sell, or assign Your account to another party
- Create an account using false, misleading, or fraudulent information
4.6 Account Verification
We reserve the right to:
- Require additional verification of Your identity at any time
- Request documentation to confirm Your legal name, address, payment information, or identity
- Suspend or restrict Your account pending verification
- Refuse account creation or verification without explanation
5. User Accounts and Account Management
5.1 Account Creation Process
Account creation on the Platform is voluntary but required to access specific features. By creating an account, You authorize Us to process Your registration information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Account Termination by User
You may request account termination at any time by contacting Our support team at support@adweo.net. Termination does not automatically entitle You to refunds for any Paid Services or unused credits.
We reserve the absolute right to:
- Suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate Your account at any time
- Remove, hide, or delete any Content associated with Your account
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Take any of the above actions without prior notice, warning, or explanation
- Take any of the above actions without liability or obligation to provide compensation
Grounds for account termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Complaints from other Users or third parties
- Prolonged inactivity
- Suspicious or unusual account behavior
- Our determination that Your continued use poses risk to the Platform or other Users
5.4 Effect of Termination
Upon account termination:
- Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
- Your Content may be deleted or anonymized
- Pending Transactions may be cancelled
- Unused Paid Services credits are forfeited without refund
- All licenses granted to You under these Terms are terminated
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect
6. User Content and Listings
6.1 Types of Content
Users may publish various types of Content on the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Server Listings: Game server information, descriptions, connection details, promotional materials
- Digital Goods Listings: Products, modifications, add-ons, resource packs, assets for sale or free distribution
- Informational Content: Articles, guides, tutorials, documentation, project announcements
- Visual Content: Images, photos, screenshots, banners, logos, videos
- Stories: Temporary promotional photo and video content
- Advertisements: Commercial promotional content for Listings
- Communications: Messages, comments, reviews, forum posts, and other interactive content
6.2 Content Ownership and License
You retain all ownership rights to Content You create and upload to the Platform. However, by submitting, uploading, or publishing Content on the Platform, You grant Adweo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to:
- Use, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, and perform Your Content
- Modify, adapt, and create derivative works from Your Content for Platform functionality
- Incorporate Your Content into other works in any format or medium
- Promote and market the Platform using Your Content
- Grant sublicenses to third parties for the above purposes
This license continues even after You delete Content or terminate Your account, to the extent necessary for ongoing Platform operations and legal compliance.
6.3 User Responsibility for Content
You are solely and exclusively responsible for all Content You publish on the Platform. By submitting Content, You represent, warrant, and covenant that:
Legal Rights:
- You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to publish the Content
- You have the authority to grant the licenses described in these Terms
- Your Content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
Legality and Compliance:
- Your Content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements
- Your Content does not contain illegal, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive material
- Your Content does not promote violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activity
- Your Content does not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
Accuracy and Authenticity:
- All information in Your Content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
- Your Content does not make false claims or misrepresentations
- Product descriptions accurately reflect the Digital Goods being offered
- You are capable of delivering any products or services You list
Game Platform Compliance:
- Your Content complies with the terms of service and policies of relevant game platforms (including Hytale, when applicable)
- Your Digital Goods do not violate game developer policies or create unfair advantages
- Your modifications do not contain unauthorized copyrighted material from games
Appropriateness:
- Your Content does not contain pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material
- Your Content is not excessively violent or disturbing
- Your Content does not target or harm minors
6.4 Prohibited Content
The following types of Content are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Malware, viruses, trojans, exploits, or harmful code
- Stolen, pirated, or unauthorized copyrighted material
- Content that violates game developer terms of service
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information
- Spam, duplicate listings, or manipulative content
- Content that impersonates others or misrepresents identity
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive content
- Illegal goods, services, or activities
- Personal information of others without consent
- Content designed to circumvent Platform systems or policies
6.5 Content Monitoring and Removal
We do not actively monitor, review, or verify User Content. However, We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to:
- Review, screen, or monitor any Content at any time
- Remove, hide, edit, or modify Content that violates these Terms
- Remove Content for any reason or no reason at Our sole discretion
- Remove Content based on User reports or complaints
- Use automated systems to detect and remove prohibited Content
Content removal does not create any liability on Our part and does not obligate Us to monitor, review, or remove other similar Content.
6.6 No Endorsement
The Platform displays Content created by Users. Display of Content does not constitute endorsement, verification, or approval by Adweo. We do not verify claims made by Users and do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of User Content.
7. Marketplace and Sales Terms
7.1 Marketplace Overview
The Marketplace is a section of the Platform where Users can list Digital Goods for sale or free distribution. Adweo provides only the infrastructure for these Listings. We are not a party to Transactions between Users.
7.2 Digital Goods and Services
Users may list the following types of Digital Goods:
- Game modifications (mods)
- Add-ons and plugins
- Resource packs and texture packs
- 3D models, assets, and graphics
- Code libraries and scripts
- Server configurations and templates
- Maps and game worlds
- Skins, cosmetics, and visual enhancements
- Tools and utilities for game development
- Any other digital content relevant to gaming platforms
7.3 Seller Responsibilities
If You list Digital Goods for sale, You are solely responsible for:
- Product Quality: Ensuring Your products function as described and are free from defects
- Product Legality: Ensuring Your products do not violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws
- Product Delivery: Delivering purchased products to buyers in a timely manner through the Platform's delivery mechanism
- Product Support: Providing reasonable support and addressing buyer issues with Your products
- Product Updates: Maintaining and updating Your products as necessary
- Accurate Descriptions: Providing truthful, complete, and accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications
- Pricing: Setting appropriate prices and honoring listed prices at the time of purchase
- Compliance: Complying with all applicable tax, consumer protection, and commercial laws in Your jurisdiction
7.4 Buyer Responsibilities
If You purchase Digital Goods, You are responsible for:
- Evaluation: Carefully reviewing product descriptions, images, specifications, and seller information before purchase
- Compatibility: Ensuring the product is compatible with Your intended use and technical requirements
- Usage Rights: Using purchased products in accordance with the license terms provided by the seller
- Payment: Providing valid payment information and completing payment for purchases
- Communication: Communicating with sellers regarding issues, support needs, or questions
- Confirmation: Confirming receipt and acceptance of delivered products through the Safe Transaction System
Adweo is not a seller, buyer, agent, or intermediary in User Transactions. We:
- Do not verify product quality, functionality, or compatibility
- Do not test or review Digital Goods before or after listing
- Do not guarantee product delivery, performance, or satisfaction
- Do not validate seller credentials, reputation, or trustworthiness
- Do not resolve disputes unless We choose to do so at Our sole discretion
- Do not provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for failed Transactions
All Transactions are made directly between Users. You interact with sellers and buyers at Your own risk.
7.6 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
- That listed products will sell or receive any interest
- That products will function as described or meet Your expectations
- That sellers will deliver purchased products
- That buyers will complete purchases or confirm delivery
- Any level of sales, revenue, traffic, or engagement
- The availability or continued operation of any Marketplace feature
7.7 Pricing and Fees
Marketplace Transaction Fees: We may charge transaction fees, commissions, or service charges on sales completed through the Marketplace. Fee structures will be disclosed separately and may change at any time.
Pricing Control: Sellers control their own pricing. We may set minimum or maximum price limits at Our discretion.
Currency: All prices are displayed in the Platform's default currency unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are determined by third-party payment processors.
8. Server Listings and Monitoring
8.1 Server Listing Functionality
The Platform provides a server monitoring and listing directory where Users can publish information about game servers, including but not limited to:
- Server name, description, and branding
- Connection information (IP address, port)
- Server statistics (player count, uptime, version)
- Screenshots and promotional media
- Server rules and features
- Community links and contact information
8.2 Server Owner Responsibilities
If You list a game server, You represent and warrant that:
- You own or operate the listed server or have authorization to promote it
- Server information provided is accurate and kept up-to-date
- Your server complies with applicable game platform terms of service
- Your server does not host illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Your server does not violate intellectual property rights
- You have the technical capability to operate the server
8.3 No Server Guarantees
Adweo does not:
- Verify server ownership, legitimacy, or operational status
- Monitor server content, chat, or user interactions
- Guarantee server uptime, availability, or performance
- Guarantee player traffic, visits, or engagement
- Endorse or recommend any listed servers
- Assume liability for server downtime, data loss, or technical issues
- Guarantee continued listing visibility or placement
Server listings are displayed "as is." Server monitoring statistics are provided by third-party systems and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.
Users may use free and Paid Services to promote their server listings. Paid promotion does not guarantee increased traffic, player engagement, or server success. Promotional features provide enhanced visibility but do not constitute endorsement or quality verification.
9. Paid Services and Premium Features
9.1 Types of Paid Features
The Platform offers various Paid Services to enhance User visibility, functionality, and promotional capabilities, including:
Store and Marketplace Features:
- Personal Store: Dedicated storefront for Your Digital Goods
- Additional Store Pages: Expanded store sections and custom pages
- Custom Store URL: Unique branded web address for Your store
- Competitor Hiding: Option to hide competing products from Your listings
- Advanced Analytics: Enhanced statistics, insights, and performance data
Promotional Features:
- Stories (3 Days): Temporary promotional content visible for 3 days
- Stories (7 Days): Extended temporary promotional content visible for 7 days
- Photo and Video Stories: Ability to publish multimedia Stories
- Urgent Tag: "Urgent" badge to highlight time-sensitive listings
- Color Highlighting: Colored background or border to make listings stand out
- Story Placement: Featured placement of listings in the Stories section
- Top Boost: Push listings to the top of search results and categories
- Listing Packages: Bundled promotional features at discounted rates
Automation Features:
- Auto-Renewal: Automatic renewal of listings upon expiration
- Partner Product Placement: Display partner or affiliate products in Your listings
9.2 Nature of Paid Services
IMPORTANT: Paid Services are promotional and visibility-enhancement tools only. They:
- Do not guarantee sales, conversions, revenue, or success
- Do not guarantee specific placement, impressions, or views
- Do not guarantee traffic, engagement, or user interaction
- Do not constitute endorsement or quality verification
- May be affected by Platform algorithms, competition, and user behavior
- Are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time
Paid Services provide visibility opportunities but cannot guarantee results. Success depends on numerous factors outside Our control, including product quality, pricing, market demand, competition, and user preferences.
9.3 Pricing and Payment
Pricing: Prices for Paid Services are displayed on the Platform and may vary by feature, duration, and User location. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect previously purchased services.
Payment Methods: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You must provide valid payment information and authorize charges for Paid Services. We are not responsible for payment processor fees, currency conversion charges, or transaction failures.
Billing: Some Paid Services may be billed as one-time purchases, while others may involve recurring charges or subscriptions. Billing terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Taxes: Prices may not include applicable taxes, VAT, or government charges. You are responsible for all taxes associated with Your purchase.
9.4 No Refunds for Paid Services
All Paid Services are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law. Once a Paid Service is activated or used, no refunds or credits will be provided, even if:
- The service did not produce desired results
- You change Your mind after purchase
- Your listing or account is suspended or terminated
- The promoted content is removed for Terms violations
- You experience technical difficulties or cannot use the service
- Market conditions or competition affect Your results
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if We fail to deliver the Paid Service entirely due to a Platform error or technical issue on Our end.
9.5 Service Modifications and Discontinuation
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, alter, or change Paid Service features at any time
- Discontinue any Paid Service without notice
- Change service durations, visibility algorithms, or placement logic
- Remove or hide promoted content that violates these Terms
No compensation or refund will be provided for modified or discontinued services.
9.6 Abuse of Paid Services
You may not:
- Use Paid Services to promote prohibited, illegal, or fraudulent content
- Manipulate or game the Platform's promotional systems
- Use automated tools to artificially inflate engagement metrics
- Purchase Paid Services with fraudulent payment methods
- Resell or transfer Paid Services to other Users without authorization
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all Paid Services without refund.
10. Safe Transaction System
10.1 Overview of Safe Transactions
The Platform provides a Safe Transaction System designed to reduce fraud and protect both buyers and sellers in Digital Goods Transactions. This system operates as follows:
- Buyer Payment: Buyer completes payment for a Digital Good through payment systems integrated with the Platform
- Payment Hold: Funds are held securely by third-party payment processors connected to the Platform, not by Adweo directly. Adweo does not store, hold, or process funds.
- Seller Delivery: Seller delivers the Digital Good to the buyer through the Platform
- Buyer Confirmation: Buyer reviews and confirms receipt and satisfaction with the product
- Payment Release: Upon buyer confirmation, funds (minus applicable commission fees) are released from the payment processor and transferred to the seller
- Payout to Seller: Funds are paid out to the seller either:
- Automatically to the payment details (bank account, card, e-wallet, or other payment credentials) specified in the seller's account settings, or
- Manually upon request sent to the Platform's designated email address (support@adweo.net), subject to verification and processing times
- Auto-Release: If buyer does not respond within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7-14 days), payment may be automatically released to the seller following the payout method described above
10.2 Payment Processing and Fund Management
Important Payment Clarifications:
- Third-Party Processing: All payments for Digital Goods are processed through third-party payment systems integrated with the Platform (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers).
- Fund Custody: Adweo does not hold, store, or have custody of buyer payments. Funds remain with the payment processor until release conditions are met.
- Commission Deduction: Upon successful transaction confirmation, the Platform's commission fee is automatically deducted from the transaction amount before payout to the seller.
- Payout Methods: Sellers receive payments via:
- Automatic Payout: Funds are automatically transferred to the seller's registered payment credentials (bank account, card details, e-wallet) specified in their account settings
- Manual Payout: Sellers may request manual payout by contacting support@adweo.net with their transaction details. Manual payouts are subject to identity verification, fraud checks, and processing times of 3-10 business days.
- Payment Credentials Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and valid payment credentials in their account settings. We are not liable for failed payouts due to incorrect, expired, or invalid payment information.
10.3 Buyer Obligations in Safe Transactions
As a buyer, You must:
- Review delivered products promptly upon receipt
- Confirm receipt and acceptance through the Platform if satisfied
- Raise disputes or issues within the specified timeframe
- Communicate clearly with sellers regarding any problems
- Not abuse the confirmation system to delay payment unfairly
Failure to confirm or dispute within the specified timeframe may result in automatic payment release to the seller.
10.4 Seller Obligations in Safe Transactions
As a seller, You must:
- Deliver products promptly after receiving payment notification from the Platform
- Deliver products as described in Your listings
- Respond to buyer communications and support requests
- Provide necessary files, access, documentation, or instructions
- Not deliver incomplete, non-functional, or misrepresented products
- Maintain accurate payment credentials in Your account settings for automatic payouts
- Respond to payout verification requests if manual payout is requested
- Comply with tax and legal obligations related to received payments in Your jurisdiction
Adweo's role is strictly limited to providing infrastructure. We:
- Facilitate the connection between buyers, sellers, and payment processors
- Provide the Safe Transaction System interface and confirmation mechanism
- Do not hold, store, or process funds directly
- Do not guarantee payout timing or success (dependent on payment processor and seller's payment credentials)
- Do not verify product quality, functionality, or delivery
- Do not automatically resolve disputes
- Are not responsible for buyer or seller breach of obligations
- May, at Our sole discretion, intervene in disputes, but are not obligated to do so
- May make final decisions on disputed Transactions without appeal
- May request payment processor to release, refund, or withhold payments based on Our evaluation of disputes
Our dispute resolution decisions are final and binding.
10.6 Transaction Disputes
If a dispute arises between buyer and seller:
- Communication: Parties should first attempt to resolve the dispute directly through Platform messaging
- Support Request: If resolution fails, either party may submit a dispute to Our support team
- Documentation: Parties should provide evidence, screenshots, files, and communications relevant to the dispute
- Platform Decision: We may investigate and make a decision, but are not obligated to do so
- Final Decision: If We choose to intervene, Our decision is final and not subject to appeal
We reserve the right to refuse dispute resolution, delay decisions, or decline involvement in any dispute.
10.7 Limitations and Disclaimers
We do not guarantee:
- That sellers will deliver products
- That buyers will confirm receipt fairly
- That products will meet buyer expectations
- That disputes will be resolved in Your favor
- That payments will be processed without delay or error
- That payouts to sellers will be completed without issues
- That payment processors will successfully transfer funds
- That seller payment credentials are valid or current
- That the system will function without interruption
Users participate in Transactions at their own risk.
11. Content Moderation and Platform Control
11.1 Right to Moderate
We reserve the absolute and unlimited right to:
- Review, monitor, screen, or inspect any Content at any time
- Approve or reject Content before or after publication
- Remove, delete, hide, or restrict access to any Content
- Modify or edit Content to comply with these Terms or applicable law
- Use automated systems, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to moderate Content
- Implement content filters, keyword blocking, or other automated moderation tools
This right applies to all Content types, including Listings, Stories, messages, comments, reviews, and any other User-generated materials.
11.2 No Obligation to Monitor
We are under no obligation to monitor, review, screen, or control User Content. The presence of Content on the Platform does not indicate that We have reviewed, approved, verified, or endorsed it.
We may choose to moderate Content selectively, inconsistently, or not at all, without creating any obligation for future moderation.
11.3 Moderation Criteria
Content may be removed, restricted, or moderated if it:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Violates applicable law or regulations
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, illegal, or prohibited material
- Is reported by other Users
- Is flagged by automated moderation systems
- Appears fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
- Poses risk to the Platform, Users, or third parties
- Violates community standards or acceptable use policies
We may also remove Content for any other reason or no reason at Our sole discretion.
11.4 Moderation Without Explanation
We are not obligated to provide:
- Advance notice before removing Content

Moderation decisions are final. We may, at Our discretion, provide information about removals, but are not required to do so.
11.5 User Reporting
Users may report Content they believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. We may investigate reports at Our discretion but are not obligated to take action, respond to reports, or notify reporters of outcomes.
Submitting false, malicious, or abusive reports may result in account penalties.
11.6 Effect of Moderation
Content removal or moderation does not:
- Create liability on Our part
- Entitle You to compensation, refunds, or credits
- Obligate Us to remove similar Content
- Constitute admission of Terms violations
- Create precedent for future moderation decisions
Moderation is applied inconsistently and does not create expectations or obligations.
12. User Communication and Messaging
12.1 Internal Messaging System
The Platform may provide internal messaging, chat, or communication features allowing Users to interact with each other.
12.2 Communication Responsibility
You are solely responsible for Your communications with other Users. We:
- Do not monitor, review, or control messages between Users
- Do not verify the identity or intentions of Users You communicate with
- Are not responsible for the content, legality, or consequences of User communications
- Do not guarantee message delivery, privacy, or security
Communicate with other Users at Your own risk.
12.3 Prohibited Communications
You may not use Platform communication features to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other Users
- Send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or promotional messages
- Share malicious links, phishing attempts, or malware
- Impersonate others or misrepresent Your identity
- Conduct illegal activities or facilitate Terms violations
- Share personal information of others without consent
- Solicit Users to conduct Transactions outside the Platform
12.4 Communication Monitoring
While We generally do not monitor communications, We reserve the right to:
- Access and review messages in connection with Terms enforcement or legal compliance
- Use automated systems to detect prohibited content or behavior
- Disable or restrict messaging privileges for Users who violate these Terms
You have no expectation of privacy in communications conducted through the Platform.
We strongly discourage conducting Transactions outside the Platform. If You agree to buy, sell, or exchange goods or services through external payment methods or platforms:
- You forfeit all protections provided by the Safe Transaction System
- We assume no responsibility or liability for the Transaction
- We cannot assist with disputes, refunds, or fraud issues
- You violate these Terms and may face account penalties
All Transactions should be conducted through the Platform's official systems.
13. Disputes Between Users
13.1 User-to-User Disputes
Disputes between Users are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. This includes disputes regarding:
- Quality, functionality, or delivery of Digital Goods
- Payment or refund issues
- Product descriptions or misrepresentations
- Server listings or advertisements
- Communications or agreements between Users
- Intellectual property claims
- Contract breaches or unfulfilled obligations
Adweo is not a party to User disputes and is not responsible for resolving them.
At Our sole discretion, We may:
- Offer assistance, guidance, or suggestions for dispute resolution
- Mediate disputes between Users
- Make determinations regarding Transaction outcomes
- Issue refunds, credits, or payment releases
- Suspend or terminate accounts involved in disputes
However, We are under no obligation to intervene in disputes, and Our involvement does not constitute acceptance of responsibility or liability.
13.3 Dispute Resolution Process
If You choose to submit a dispute to Us:
- You must provide complete documentation, evidence, and communications relevant to the dispute
- We may request additional information from both parties
- We will review submissions at Our convenience and may take days or weeks to respond
- We may make a final decision based on available information
- Our decision, if We choose to make one, is final and binding
- We may decline to resolve the dispute or respond at any time
Submission of a dispute does not guarantee resolution or intervention.
13.4 No Arbitration Obligation
We are not arbiters, mediators, judges, or dispute resolution services. We provide a Platform, not legal or dispute resolution services. Our decisions are based on Platform policies and convenience, not legal standards.
13.5 User Remedies
Users are encouraged to:
- Resolve disputes directly through communication
- Seek independent legal counsel for serious disputes
- Report violations to appropriate legal authorities
- Pursue legal remedies through courts or proper legal channels
Platform dispute assistance is a courtesy, not a legal obligation.
14. Prohibited Conduct and Activities
14.1 General Prohibitions
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Fraudulent Activities:
- Providing false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Misrepresenting Your identity, credentials, or affiliations
- Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Listing products You cannot or do not intend to deliver
- Creating fake reviews, ratings, or testimonials
Intellectual Property Violations:
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
- Uploading pirated, stolen, or unauthorized content
- Using others' branding, logos, or trademarks without permission
- Selling counterfeit or unauthorized products
System Abuse:
- Circumventing or manipulating Platform systems, algorithms, or security measures
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting Platform code or data
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse features or evade restrictions
- Manipulating search rankings, visibility, or promotional systems
Harmful Activities:
- Uploading malware, viruses, trojans, or malicious code
- Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise Platform security
- Interfering with other Users' access or use of the Platform
- Overloading or disrupting Platform infrastructure
- Engaging in denial-of-service attacks or similar activities
Illegal Activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Facilitating or promoting illegal activities
- Money laundering or financing illegal operations
- Selling or distributing illegal goods or services
Abuse and Harassment:
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, or intimidating other Users
- Publishing hate speech, discriminatory content, or incitement to violence
- Doxxing or sharing personal information of others without consent
- Impersonating Platform staff, administrators, or other Users
Commercial Misconduct:
- Engaging in price manipulation or anti-competitive behavior
- Spamming or flooding the Platform with duplicate content
- Using the Platform primarily to drive traffic to external sites
- Conducting Transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees
14.2 Consequences of Violations
Violation of these prohibitions may result in:
- Content removal
- Account suspension or termination
- Forfeiture of Paid Services and credits without refund
- Withholding or reversal of payments
- Legal action or referral to law enforcement
- Permanent ban from the Platform
We may take any action We deem appropriate without warning or notice.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Platform design, layout, structure, and interface
- Platform code, software, algorithms, and databases
- Platform trademarks, logos, branding, and trade dress
- Platform original content, text, graphics, and multimedia
are owned by Adweo or Our licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant You any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Platform.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or duplicate Platform materials
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Platform
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense Platform materials
- Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use Platform branding or trademarks without written permission
15.4 User Content Rights
As specified in Section 6.2, You retain ownership of Your Content, but grant Us a broad license to use it. We do not claim ownership of User-generated Content.
15.5 Third-Party Intellectual Property
Respect for intellectual property rights is fundamental to the Platform's operation. You must ensure all Content You upload respects third-party rights. We respond to valid intellectual property infringement notices in accordance with applicable law.
15.6 DMCA and Infringement Notices
If You believe Your intellectual property rights have been infringed by Content on the Platform, You may submit a notice to support@adweo.net with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
- A statement of accuracy and authority to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will review valid notices and may remove infringing Content at Our discretion.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
16.1 "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Basis
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES, CONTENT, DIGITAL GOODS, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
16.2 No Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or virus-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of Content, data, or information
- Warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of User Content or Digital Goods
- Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the Platform will meet Your requirements
16.3 No Responsibility for User Content
WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
- Any User Content, Digital Goods, or services offered by Users
- The accuracy or reliability of information provided by Users
- The conduct, identity, credentials, or intentions of Users
- The outcome of Transactions between Users
- The performance, functionality, or compatibility of Digital Goods
16.4 Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services, payment processors, hosting providers, and APIs. We make no warranties regarding third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or performance.
16.5 Assumption of Risk
BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- You use the Platform at Your own risk
- You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, accuracy, and reliability of Content and Users
- You assume all risks associated with Transactions, communications, and interactions through the Platform
- You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures to protect Your data and devices
17. Limitation of Liability
17.1 No Liability for Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADWEO AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
Indirect, Incidental, or Consequential Damages:
- Loss of profits, revenue, income, or business opportunities
- Loss of data, files, or content
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Costs of substitute services or products
- Personal injury or emotional distress
- Any other indirect or consequential damages
Direct Damages Arising From:
- Use or inability to use the Platform
- Transactions with other Users
- Quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of Digital Goods
- Conduct or actions of other Users
- Unauthorized access to Your account or data
- Errors, bugs, or technical issues on the Platform
- Content removal, account suspension, or termination
- Payment processing delays, failures, or disputes
- Third-party service failures or disruptions
17.2 Maximum Liability Cap
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- €50 (fifty euros), or
- The amount You paid to Us for Paid Services in the 3 months preceding the claim
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

Transaction Issues:
- Failed Transactions or disputes between Users
- Non-delivery or delayed delivery of Digital Goods
- Product defects, malfunctions, or incompatibility
- Misrepresentations or fraud by sellers or buyers
- Payment disputes, chargebacks, or refund issues
Content and Moderation:
- User Content that violates laws or Your rights
- Content removal or moderation decisions
- Failure to remove Content despite reports or requests
Account Issues:
- Account suspension or termination
- Loss of access to Your account or Content
- Forfeiture of Paid Services or credits
Security:
- Unauthorized access to Your account due to weak passwords or credential sharing
- Data breaches caused by Your actions or negligence
- Malware or viruses transmitted through User Content
Third Parties:
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
- Payment processor errors or delays
- Hosting or infrastructure failures
17.4 Basis of the Bargain
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS IN THESE TERMS REFLECT A REASONABLE AND FAIR ALLOCATION OF RISK AND FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND ADWEO. THE PLATFORM WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.
17.5 Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Indemnification
18.1 Your Indemnification Obligation
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adweo and its owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
Your Use of the Platform:
- Your access to or use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Your Content:
- Any Content You submit, upload, or publish on the Platform
- Intellectual property infringement claims related to Your Content
- False, misleading, or defamatory statements in Your Content
- Harm caused by Your Content to other Users or third parties
Your Transactions:
- Transactions You engage in through the Platform
- Digital Goods or services You sell or provide
- Disputes with other Users arising from Your Transactions
- Non-delivery, defects, or misrepresentations in Your products
Your Conduct:
- Your interactions and communications with other Users
- Fraud, misconduct, or illegal activities You engage in
- Violations of third-party rights
- Negligence or willful misconduct
18.2 Defense and Settlement
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by You, at Your expense. You agree to cooperate fully with Our defense and not settle any claim without Our prior written consent.
18.3 Survival
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and Your use of the Platform.
19. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
19.1 Payment Processing
All payments on the Platform are processed through third-party payment processors integrated with our Platform (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment gateways). Adweo does not directly process, store, handle, or have custody of Your payment information or funds.
Fund Flow:
- Buyer pays through integrated payment processor
- Funds are held by the payment processor (not Adweo) pending transaction completion
- After buyer confirmation or auto-release period, funds (minus Platform commission) are released from the payment processor
- Payment processor transfers funds to seller according to seller's registered payment credentials or manual payout request
19.2 Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, You:
- Authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method for applicable fees
- Represent that You are authorized to use the payment method
- Agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through Your account
- Acknowledge that payment processing is subject to third-party payment processor terms
- Understand that Adweo does not hold or control funds during transactions
19.3 Payment Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring payment information is accurate and current
- Maintaining sufficient funds or credit for charges
- Paying any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or transaction charges imposed by payment processors
- Applicable taxes, VAT, or government-imposed fees
- For Sellers: Maintaining valid and accurate payout credentials (bank account, card, e-wallet information) in account settings
19.4 Seller Payout Terms
Commission Fees:
- The Platform charges a commission fee on each successful sale completed through the Marketplace
- Commission rates are disclosed separately and may vary by product category, seller status, or promotional programs
- Commission is automatically deducted before payout to seller
Payout Methods:
Sellers receive funds through one of the following methods:
Automatic Payout (Recommended):
- Funds are automatically transferred to the payment details registered in Your account settings
- Supported payout methods include bank accounts, debit/credit cards, e-wallets, and other payment methods supported by our payment processors
- Payout timing depends on payment processor (typically 1-7 business days after transaction confirmation)
- You must maintain accurate and valid payment credentials for automatic payouts to succeed
Manual Payout:
- Sellers may request manual payout by sending a request to support@adweo.net
- Request must include: transaction ID, amount, seller account details, and preferred payment method
- Manual payouts require verification of identity and seller account standing
- Processing time for manual payouts: 3-10 business days after verification
- We reserve the right to request additional documentation for manual payouts to prevent fraud
Payout Holds:
- We may hold or delay payouts if:
- Transaction is under dispute
- Buyer has not confirmed receipt and auto-release period has not elapsed
- Seller account is under review for Terms violations
- Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
- Payment credentials are invalid or verification is required
- Required tax or legal documentation is missing
Minimum Payout Threshold:
- Sellers may be required to reach a minimum balance threshold (e.g., $10-$50) before payout is processed
- Threshold amounts will be disclosed in seller account settings
Payout Failures:
- If automatic payout fails due to invalid payment credentials, funds will be held by the payment processor until valid credentials are provided
- We are not responsible for payout failures caused by incorrect seller payment information, closed accounts, expired cards, or payment processor limitations
- Sellers must update payment credentials and request manual payout if automatic payout fails
19.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, is declined, or is otherwise unsuccessful:
- We may suspend or restrict Your access to Paid Services
- We may retry the payment at Our discretion
- We may terminate Your account for repeated payment failures
- You remain liable for unpaid fees
19.6 Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Refunds for Digital Goods purchased through the Marketplace are generally not provided unless:
- The seller fails to deliver the product through the Platform
- The product is demonstrably non-functional due to seller error
- We determine that fraud or misrepresentation occurred
- Applicable law requires a refund
Refunds are at Our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Disputes should be resolved through the Safe Transaction System or support channels.
19.7 Refund Policy for Paid Services
As stated in Section 9.4, Paid Services are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for:
- Unused or partially used Paid Services
- Paid Services that did not produce desired results
- Account suspension or termination
- Content removal for Terms violations
- Changes of mind or buyer's remorse
19.8 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with Your financial institution instead of contacting Our support may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or termination
- Permanent ban from the Platform
- Forfeiture of all Content, Digital Goods, and account data
- Legal action to recover fees and costs
We strongly encourage resolving payment disputes through Our support channels before initiating chargebacks.
20. Data Privacy and Protection
20.1 Privacy Policy

- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended inactivity
- Risk to Platform security or integrity
- Complaints from other Users
- Our business discretion
21.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Platform is immediately revoked
- Your Content may be deleted or anonymized
- Pending Transactions may be cancelled or processed at Our discretion
- Unused Paid Services are forfeited without refund
- Outstanding financial obligations remain due
- Licenses granted to You terminate immediately
- Sections of these Terms that by nature should survive remain in effect
